This page is about BaleneHub.com: the parent website for Balene, Artica and Pongo. It does not replace any specific privacy notice that may apply to a separate branch site, app or tool.

Contact form

If you send a message through the contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you provide. We use that information to answer your request and manage the conversation with you.

The form is handled through Formspree, which receives the submitted form data as our processor. Do not send sensitive information through the form unless it is necessary for your request.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses LegalBlink to manage cookie consent. Your cookie preferences can be changed from the footer at any time.

Google Analytics is loaded only if you consent to statistics cookies. When enabled, it helps us understand visits and basic interactions such as branch clicks and contact form submissions. If you do not consent, Google Analytics is not loaded by this site.

Fonts, images and external services

The site's own images, stylesheets and static assets are served from this domain. External services are limited to the cookie consent script, Google Analytics after consent, and Formspree when you submit the contact form.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
